Waterfitness is an activity combining the benefits of gymnastics and the aquatic environment.
Waterfitness is a complete sporting activity. It takes advantage of the aquatic element by using the resistance of water when performing movements while taking advantage of the buoyancy which allows a non-traumatic activity for the joints.
Its benefits are numerous: it allows muscular work of all muscle groups such as the glutes, thighs, arms or abdominals, it improves blood circulation and develops cardio-respiratory capacities.
It's a great way to combine physical activity with the pleasure of water!
